Sims Recycling Solutions - Plant Installation of Machinery

Roberts Onsite was contracted by Sims Recycling Solutions to install the machinery in their new plant in Mississauga, ON.  This new facility is the world’s most technologically advanced e-waste (electronic waste) recycling plant.  The facility is a 287,000 sq ft plant capable of processing 20,000 lbs of e-waste per hour.  Roberts Onsite installed new conveyors, shredders, separation systems and platforms for the new line.  We also were responsible for installing all of the electrical and mechanical systems to these machines.  In addition we installed new HVAC and dust collection systems along with upgrading the plants emergency lighting.  This project was completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
