I am pleased to announce Black & McDonald Limited has acquired 100 % ownership of Roberts Onsite Inc.
Serving clients across North America, Black & McDonald has been delivering high quality multi-trade construction and maintenance services to the ICI market since 1921. Over the past 5 years Black & McDonald has averaged annual sales in excess of $800M.
Black & McDonald is a privately held business owned 100% by the McDonald family. Like Roberts Onsite, Black & McDonald strongly values the relationships it has with its employees, customers and suppliers.
This change in ownership will not materially change the operations of Roberts Onsite. Based out of our current facility in Kitchener, the company will continue to operate under the Roberts Onsite name, and under my direction as CEO. Dan Moore and I will co-manage the business, while our current executive and management team continues to fulfill their key leadership roles in our operations.
I strongly believe being under the Black & McDonald umbrella is a tremendous opportunity for all Roberts Onsite employees. Given the strength of our people in both organizations and the abundance of available business opportunities, I am confident we will be able to leverage the skills and relationships from both businesses resulting in continued sales growth and profitability for all.
